WP Bakery aka Visual Composer is the best front-end editor in the WordPress market, but recently while working for a client website the Visual Composer stopped saving the changes.
After the numerous troubleshooting techniques including:
- Updating the theme and plugin
- Disabling all 3rd party plugins
- Disabling Yoast SEO’s Redirect ugly URL
- Making sure that Site Address and WordPress URL’s are the same
The only thing which worked for me, and that’s crazily simple was switching from Mozilla Firefox to Google Chrome. Firefox was conflicting with the Visual Composer front-end editor, disabling the saving option. Switching to the Google Chrome browser helped me getting back to the track, all the options under Visual Composer front-end editor started working like a charm.
However, the pages built with the help of Visual Composer works perfect while browsing on Firefox. The only problem is that Firefox is currently conflicting with the Visual Composer front-end editor.
